I am sure you have heard the latest craze... "tiny houses". Well, I ,of course, fell in love with the idea. Little did I know Mason was having the same thoughts. We were already traveling for Mason's solar job so it really just seemed like the perfect fit to really improve our current lifestyle. Kenz and I were doing ALOT of driving back and fourth between Amarillo,Texas where our rent house and my 9-5 job was and Winter Haven, Florida where Masons solar site was at the time. 22+ hours (the distance from Amarillo to Winter Haven - I drove this 7 times) in a car with a 3 year old and a rescued Pitbull pup is NOT fun. I repeat it is NOT fun. We were over it and so began our pillow talk of downsizing our life to fit into an RV (this is not easy with shopping habits like mine LOL). We decided to go look at Camping World in Bartow, Fl. In my mind we were just looking around, basically just window shopping. We researched how much Masons F-150 could comfortably tow and started from there. That day we looked at probably 20+ bumper pull travel trailer but had already narrowed it down to two styles we absolutely loved. That next Tuesday Mason came home from work to tell me he was bringing home our very first "tiny home". Clearly this was a fast process for us, like pillow talk to purchase was less than 2 weeks tops. Honestly, thats how our entire relationship has been. Fast paced. But hey when you know you know, right?! Kenz and I were so surprised and unbelievably excited. We were about to embark on an adventure that is setting Kenzlee up for a life full of culture and experiences that most adults never even get a chance to experience. So obviously, this lifestyle was a no brainer for us. We have always loved to travel and now we can for a fraction of the cost and for longer periods of time.
